Plug-in Bushing Epoxy Resin
NJREC made epoxy bushings have passed the rigorous design tests. The design test including:
1. Dielectric Tests: It includes: Impulse voltage: for 1.2kV class the impulse voltage is 30kV, and for 2.5kV class, the impulse voltage is 45kV; High voltage 50Hz & 60Hz withstand test: for 1.2kV class, test voltage is 10kV/1min., for 2.5kV class, the test voltage is 20 kV/ 1min.
2. Mechanical Strengthen Tests: It includes: Leakage test, Stud push-out test, Stud torque strength test, Cantilevel test, Flange torque test.
3. The environmental test: It includes thermal cycle test. The tested temperature range is -40~140℃, withstand 20 cycles.
This plug-in bushing can be used as a fixed section for the entry of medium voltage on oil filled machines such as switch gears or transformers. Indoors for vertical or horizontal mounting; outdoors both with and without tension making use of the fitting rubber connector, for vertical or horizontal mounting.
