High Voltage Porcelain Bushing
As a standard product we can offer both historical DIN standard bushings and the latest EN range of bushings, these product cover the requirements of distribution and power transformer manufacturers. We can offer ratings from 1kV through to 52kV and up to 12500A with a wide variety of creepage distances to meet all environemental conditions.
 
All outdoor bushings are manufactured and tested in accordance with IEC60137, the detail of the bushing is governed by either historical DIN specification (no longer live standards but still utilsed widely by the transformer and distribution industry) or the latest range of EN specifications (EN50386 & EN50180).
 
Air end termination is typically either the screwed conductor stem or flag terminal (various hole arrangements are available) and the oil end termination can be as the air end termination or a machined hole arrnagement to suit the customers requirements.For the metal parts surface finishing, we can make as per customer requirements such as tin plating, galvanising, cooper plating.
